Looking for simple yoga videos? Want to try meditation? Well, you’re looking in the right place! The Library has been curating digital content for our social media platforms so that our patrons can enjoy library programming at home during this time. You can access the library’s Youtube channel at “North Bergen Public Library” where you will find all kinds of videos including an “At Home Yoga” playlist! The videos in the playlist do not require extra equipment so you can practice yoga anywhere! All you need is a reasonable amount of space, where you’ll be able to move around comfortably and a yoga mat or a towel.
Yoga is great for anyone looking to find a gentle workout and it can also help decompress and relax the mind and body. Be sure to remember to listen and be kind to your body, you don’t want to strain yourself!
