Last year marked the exoneration of the last “Salem witch” Elizabeth Johnson Jr nearly 329 years after the trials ended in Massachusetts. Between February of 1692 and May 1693, Salem and the surrounding towns were caught up in a mass hysteria resulting in many tragic deaths.
