  • Relaxation
  • Listen to music
  • Artistic outlet
  • Reading
  • Confide in a loved one
  • Seek professional support
  • Yoga
  • Connect with nature

  • Playing with a pet
  • Sleep
  • Hydrotherapy (bathing, swimming, etc)
  • Build a routine
  • Spend time with others

Mental health resources are a valuable asset that everyone should have a right to. If you are struggling, don’t be afraid to seek help. NBPL’s social worker may be able to help North Bergen and Guttenberg residents access mental health services. This is offered by appointment only; call for more information. If you need urgent help, 988 is the suicide and crisis lifeline.

All branches of the North Bergen Library will be closed on Sunday, March 26th and Monday, March 27th. The Guttenberg Resource Center will close at 2 pm on Friday, May 24th.
